Plans change. Your scholar has an exam, or something came up and nobody can be there tonight. Tell us what you need and we'll come back quickly on whether we can staff it.

What a cover visit is, honestly. Our whole model is the same familiar face every week, and a cover scholar isn't that. It's a capable, fully vetted stand-in for a specific gap — not a replacement for the person you've matched with.

We can't always say yes. Cover depends on who happens to be free, and at short notice that's sometimes nobody. We'll tell you within the hour during working hours rather than leave you waiting.

Same scope, same rate. Non-medical companionship only. Daytime and evening visits; we don't staff overnight. $60 an hour, three-hour minimum, same as any visit.
